What's In The Fridge?!!

Your biggest enemy is lurking, waiting right past the entry way, that large object chilling in your kitchen hanging-out. Yes, you've guest it. Your FRIDGE!! It can be your best friend or it can become your worst enemy and usually its the latter.  Our FRIDGE now a days is filled with items with more names on their labels than the English language can provide. With that we have Names beginning in Greek and ending in Thai?? Huh, ok well can you Pronounce half of them if you can then we will enter you in the next Spelling Contest, WORLD-WIDE!!  Majority of the items are Man-Made(processed foods) high in Saturated fats(to much clogs arteries also breaks down healthy cells), High Glycemic Carbs(fast released sugars in the blood), High Sodium(serious water retention), and High Fructose Corn Syrup(most common used source of death)... Take a PEEK If You Don't Believe Me.. Now you want to make a change to your TEMPLE(Body), WELL my friends, it starts with a change at the good ole FRIDGE! LETS START TODAY!! LETS START NOW!!

  1. I followed this too the tee and removed EVERYTHING from my fridge... Literally EVERYTHING. and replaced them with fresh veges, fruits, lean meats, water (like 10, 2 litre bottles at a time) and of course to add some flavour to the mix some delicious humous and other lentil filled dips made by my mum! (Nothing beats a home made meal from your mum)
