Get Ya Mind Right!!

Everyone wants to just jump straight into the game and just start working-out!  Question, energy put forth in the process have you ever sat and thought about how am i replacing it? And on top of that, have you ver thought about would it be easier if i prep my body before i go hard in this workout? Remember the easier and pain free your workout is and the harder your able to go with out fatiguing not only the outside, but the inside from glycogen storages, adrenal glands to immune sytems.  Remember the intangible creates what we see on the outside, think about that.... What's In The Fridge?!!

Your biggest enemy is lurking, waiting right past the entry way, that large object chilling in your kitchen hanging-out. Yes, you've guest it. Your FRIDGE!! It can be your best friend or it can become your worst enemy and usually its the latter.  Our FRIDGE now a days is filled with items with more names on their labels than the English language can provide. With that we have Names beginning in Greek and ending in Thai?? Huh, ok well can you Pronounce half of them if you can then we will enter you in the next Spelling Contest, WORLD-WIDE!!  Majority of the items are Man-Made(processed foods) high in Saturated fats(to much clogs arteries also breaks down healthy cells), High Glycemic Carbs(fast released sugars in the blood), High Sodium(serious water retention), and High Fructose Corn Syrup(most common used source of death)... Take a PEEK If You Don't Believe Me.. Now you want to make a change to your TEMPLE(Body), WELL my friends, it starts with a change at the good ole FRIDGE! LETS START TODAY!! LETS START NOW!!

SWEAT OFF BODY FAT??? HUH

Hey, for one sweat is urine and other waste used to cool the body, not body fat!! I Love you guys to DEATH, but the next TROOPER I hear or read asking about items that make you "PERSPIRE" more your getting a can of "WHIP ASS" personally. Not that I'm a bad ass that's just how I feel about it. Ok so now, "FAT" is a cell and the only way to rid the body of that cell is to "SHRINK" or "STARVE" the "FAT" cell from what it feeds on and that MY TROOPERS IS THE TRICK. Now I don't mean starve your body of Calories, I mean learning what "CARBS" to eat and "WHEN", how to take your "PROTEIN" and "WHEN".

Time, Time, Time, Time!! That's one of the main ingredients to overcoming your weight bearing challenge. Now usually people have it where TIME works against them so they are always rushing and never able to enjoy their moments nor will they heal themselves due to stressing on TIME. TIME is one of those things that can help or harm you. Use it for your advantage and see how 15mins of moderate to high impact circuit exercise 4 to 5 days a week, can change your life.Use TIME as an Ally!!

DONE WITH THE "FAT PHOBIA'S"

Guy's Lets get rid of this "FAT PHOBIA" and star thinking rational. Let's Stop these FALSE LEADING, MARKETING, MONEY HUNRY, Companies STOP DICTATING OUR MINDSET ON HOW WE ARE GETTING AND STAYING SO CALLED HEALTHY!!!! Ok, I'm done ranting lol, but all jokes aside i really do feel we need to RAISE our AWARENESS on how our bodies really work and what they are TRULLY CAPABLE of. We have been fooled too, too, far too long and it's time we take a firm stand on what we truthfully FEEL!!

I care to much for HUMANITY and its GIFTS and TRUE PURPOSE, to sit aside and see people HURTING and DYING from illness that can be cured through PROPER NUTRITION as well as DAILY EXERCISE. As my mother whom is a Health and Fitness Advocate as well, is LEADS A GROUP of WONDERFUL LADIES, the "PLATINUM PLUS" 50+ on a MISSION to show them what eternal YOUTH really is. My Mother being a true example LOST 35+ POUNDS herself over 50 with KNEE ISSUES etc..

 I since being here in L.A. have lost 40 POUNDS of what i gained after being no longer active in football as a player and going into the working world trading the UNIFORM for a SUIT!
