Get Ya Mind Right!!

Everyone wants to just jump straight into the game and just start working-out!  Question, energy put forth in the process have you ever sat and thought about how am i replacing it? And on top of that, have you ver thought about would it be easier if i prep my body before i go hard in this workout? Remember the easier and pain free your workout is and the harder your able to go with out fatiguing not only the outside, but the inside from glycogen storages, adrenal glands to immune sytems.  Remember the intangible creates what we see on the outside, think about that.... Hit me back with ya thoughts

  1. You mean stretching and keeping hydrated and getting a good amount of sleep?
    Because I forgot to stretch after doing a muscle workout...and im paying the price cant move my arms past 120 degrees:P Though I guess that's how u learn:P Stretch and get loose..or you'll end up tight and in pain:P
    But i use admit...after a workout of that intensity, my muscles DO feel bigger and harder (even if for a short amount of time) and its a great feeling:D
