"LADIES URGENT PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW"

I have Tons of emails daily from women WORLD-WIDE, asking the same questions, OH and for the record, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A STUPID, SILLY, OR DUMB QUESTION!! Ok, moving forward the question is 'WHAT CAN I DO TO GET RID OF, Guess?? Yep, MY BUTT, STOMACH, ARMS, Sounds Familiar?

 Ladies those areas are connected to 3 major muscle groups that if you began to work and strengthen those areas you will see GREAT change in your desired AREA's. Legs, Core, and Back/Chest are the large muscle groups that if you focus on those area's to start, you will not only burn a large amount of CALORIES (WHOLA), but also you will get change through out the total body to a LEANER, more TONER YOU!!  LADIES MODIFY the workout until you get stronger but this is not a GENDER BASE WORKOUT!!
